HIGH Income child benefit charge question

I earn over 50k but dnt receive any child benefit. My ex I just found out has been claiming. Am i liable to pay the charge because she is claiming? She is on a low salary and works only 1 day.

Now she's your ex then your salary isn't relevant to her claim for CB.0
