MSE News: Orbit Energy ceases trading – here's what it means for your gas and electricity

Orbit Energy has become the latest energy provider to cease trading – meaning a total of 21 domestic energy suppliers have failed since September. If you're affected, your supply will continue and credit balances are protected. While it's likely you'll pay more now, there are no savings to be had by switching.

Not a surprise given Orbit got a default and proposed expulsion from the Balancing and Settlement Code on the same day (9 Nov) as Neon Reef.  Just clung on a bit longer than NR though.
