Hi
I came out of my 1year bankruptcy in June so I'm now 6 months clear
I still have a join loan that I'm no longer accountable for showing on my credit file. luckily the ex keeps it up to date it's not a default but it's a for a huge amount (more than my annual income anyway). Should this still be on there?
Also my catalogues and credit cards still show as being on there, the amount I had outstanding and in red as a default. Should they be removed?
Thank you

Bankruptcy does not remove entries from your credit file.
They will stay showing for 6 years from date of default, or the date of your bankruptcy, whichever is the latter.
Open accounts stay on your report indefinitely and settled or closed accounts can remain on your credit file and available for future lenders to see for six years.
