Vodafone Broadband voucher scheme

I wonder how many other people have had the problem with these Vodafone Amazon Vouchers that Martin Lewis told us about on his Money programme. I have applied on 3 separate occasions for the voucher, with the Order number, the date the broadband was ordered & my email address as requested. & now the voucher site has closed down. Was it a con?
