Asda reference

I need a email address for Asda for a reference I have tried to email Asda but have not had a reply.The main switchboard will not connect you to HR. Can anyone tell me how I obtain a reference.

Are you trying to get a reference for a prospective employee or provide details for someone else to obtain a reference for you? 

If you are trying to get a reference for someone I would contact them and say the email they gave is not responding and to provide additional contact info.

If it is for you to provide details for an employer to get a reference on you, I would give the name of your store manager and store telephone number.  Hopefully that will enable them to make contact.  On your leaving information/letter, was there an address or telephone number that came from HR or your store? You could give that too.

I assume you are the candidate rather than hiring manager - give the details you know (line/store manager and their contact number) and your future potential employer will deal with navigating to who can provide the reference.
