Everything £5 code not working.

Hi. I just filled my basket at the Everything £5 site after seeing the code BFMSE10 for free delivery and 10% off. I have got the same deal on other occasions using an MSE code on this site but that was months ago.  When I went to pay this came up, "Oops! this voucher code has already been redeemed". The code is supposed to expire on November 29th so should be valid for another five days. My friends have never used the Everything £5 site before and yet the same message came up for them. It looks like the code is not working so save your time scouring the site, filling up your basket and being disappointed when paying up time comes.

Could you link me to the item you're trying to buy so I can see what's happening this end?

The MSE Blagged deal is definitely live until Monday so I wonder where the customer service rep got that info - I've flagged this with the Deals team so they can chase up.

Thanks for that. That one's working for me too on desktop and mobile, so I reckon it's worth trying a few things.

• Make sure you're entering BFMSE10 without any spaces on either side
• Try clearing cookies on your phone (here are instructions for Chrome via Android and iPhone for example, but you might need to look up other browsers' instructions)
• If neither of these things help, are you able to try from a desktop or from any other device?

I am now so frustrated that I think it’s time I just give up trying.
