    Basically, you forget all about your regular income (pay, pensions, benefits, student loans, grants etc), and you tot up all the extras you have made throughout the year.

    For example, last year I made £567 on eBay, £608 on bank switching and monthly bank rewards, £709 on surveys, and so on.

    You don’t have to update the thread every time you earn anything, monthly is fine. Hopefully you’ll find some of the posts inspiring and think “I can do that!”

    Target is £2022 whenever you start. Loads of us smashed the target last year

    #65 - £83.95 refund for something bought last year (technically not additional earnings but needed something to get me off the start line), as well as £130 bank switching earnings
