Superdrug is offering up to 55% off in its Black Friday sale, but the MSE Deals team noticed that one of its featured deals is a fair chunk of change more expensive than elsewhere. Its offering the 'I Heart Revolution chocolate' vault tin for £40 (was £80) but the same item's CHEAPER at Revolution, at £24.

The Deals team has spotted a few duds in the Boots Black Friday sale:

• Jimmy Choo Blossom EDP 60ml – £26 (usually £52). SLIGHTLY CHEAPER ELSEWHERE (1p cheaper, or £24.69 if you subscribe and save) at Amazon
  
  
• YSL Black Opium Neon Parfum, 75ml – £72 (usually £90) was £44 last year. CHEAPER ELSEWHERE £59.99 at Fragrance Direct
  
  
• BaByliss Platinum Diamond 2300 AC hair dryer – £36.66 (usually £54.99). CHEAPER ELSEWHERE £29.29 at Amazon, or £33.34 at John Lewis with 5-year guarantee

One to be aware of if you're after a Kenwood stand mixer.

The Kenwood kMix stand mixer is £199.99 (was £399.99) but it's CHEAPER at AO.com, at £199.

A few duds in the Asda BF sale:

• It's selling the Google Chromecast Media Streamer for £19 (was £30) but it's CHEAPER at John Lewis at £16.99, and Currys at £17.99 
• It's selling a DeLonghi Gusto Piccolo XS capsule coffee machine for £30 (was £45) but it's CHEAPER at Argos at £29.99 and even CHEAPER at Amazon at £29.

Be aware that River Island is running a '20% off' Black Friday sale, BUT there's a minimum spend of £75 to qualify.

Nike Store is offering up to 25% off, but it's not always the cheapest, eg:

Women's Nike Air printed running tank – £19.85 with the code (was £26.47, reduced from £34.95). It's CHEAPER at Zalando for £17.50.

Selfridges has up to 20% off selected items, but we spotted this dud:

It's offering a Royal Doulton, Gordon Ramsay Maze 12-piece dinner set for £76 (£95 before code applied), but it's CHEAPER at Amazon, for £54.85.

La Redoute is offering 'up to 50% off' everything, but some things are still cheaper elsewhere:

• Tefal all-in-one pressure cooker 6L – £94.05 (was £99). It's CHEAPER at Currys for £69.99 
• Fitbit Versa 2 in petal/copper rose – £109 (was £149). It's CHEAPER at Currys and John Lewis for £99.
