Advice on Gaming PC build + peripherals

Hello, I am planning to build a gaming PC, peripherals and have a budget of around £2k-ish. I want one that will be future-proof and powerful, my current specs ( from Pcpartpicker URL - uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/HbV7cT ) and the prices for them are as below (hope I'm not missing any components!).
It would be very appreciated if you guys could give any tips or feedback about this, Thank you.
Also, would it be best to get the parts during Black Friday and Cyber Monday or during January sales?
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x - Circa £480?
Cooler: NZXT X63 AIO cooler - £89
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AC - £144
RAM.Crucial Ballistix 16GB DDR4 - £75
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo plus (1TB) - £82
GPU: RTX 3080 - Circa £900-£1100? Ideally can wait for optimum price/deal - Not sure which one to go for though, (Found one at URL - petacomputer.com/product/asus-tuf-gaming-geforce-rtx-3080 For 750 euros don't know if it's trusted site to buy from and its very hard to establish?
2. Another one found to pre-order at URL - www.vectorx-computers.co.uk/products/gigabyte-aorus-geforce-rtx-3080-master-10gb?_pos=3&_sid=4486c7bf3&_ss=r
3. From Currys (I'm not great fan of Curry's) - URL - www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing-accessories/components-upgrades/graphics-cards/gigabyte-geforce-rtx-3080-10-gb-gaming-oc-v2-lhr-graphics-card-10229463-pdt.html)
Case: Corsair 4000D airflow - £65
PSU: Gigabyte P GM 750 watt fully modular power supply - £72
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit - £90
Monitor: LG 27GN750-B 27.0" 1920x1080 240 Hz Monitor - £250
P.S. Being a newbie, I'm unable to post link(s), apologies for the inconvenience

Could anyone please advise on the above spec? TIA.0

A couple of observations:You could buy a Windows Licence key from eBay for around £6 and then download the latest Windows (11) direct from the Microsoft website. Save £84.An RTX 3080 seems a waste when connecting to an HD monitor. Could you not connect the PC direct to your TV? If it's 4K then you're onto a winner. If it's an older HD TV you've saved the price of the monitor. Save £250.In your shoes I would spend more on a higher spec PSU.Good luck!1

Overclockers is a legitimate site, no stock at the moment (the same as almost anywhere else) and the last time they had stock it was £1,199. No one will be selling them for €750 when they can get nearly twice that for them.
