Golf beginner question

The middle finger of my left hand really hurts when I’m playing and for a few days after - any advice please? (No ‘give it up’ cracks please!)

    Might be helpful if you told us whether you play right- or left-handed?    :)

    Assuming you are right-handed I can't think of any particular reason why that finger on your left hand should be painful.  Any history of injury or pain etc?  Are the knuckles swollen?

    Try asking a physiotherapist.
