Help! I need friends.

I would like to enter competitions on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, but quite often they require you to "tag" friends.  As I am new to social media, I don't have friend to tag.  I would therefore welcome the "handles" of any kind people who would allow me to use their names on each of the 3 platforms

Thank you very much Ms_Dee.  That has proved very helpful.  I have followed several kind people who have volunteered to be tagged on all three platforms.  All I need now is a few wins!
