Obvious question but does only one person have to buy a two together railcard to get a discount on 2 people travelling together on Avanti to London or do both people have to purchase one ?

    One person purchase the card for both people, and both people's photos are needed for the card. Both people must travel together for all journeys covered by the tickets purchased with the card.
