Hi all,

I couldn't see an Ocado thread so here goes.

Are shoppers allowed to ask for a refund on an item which gets delivered that they no longer want?  As in like, didn't even handle it and it was still in the crate?  I had a delivery today and had ordered some dry pasta which I no longer needed.  I asked if I could get a refund as I no longer wanted it.  Queue a barrage of awkwardness - why order it if you don't want it and very awkward looks etc.  He wouldn't take it back in the end.

I'm sure I read on the website that you could return items before you take them in but maybe I am wrong what with them not having physical shops.
