Helen Saxon, banking editor at MoneySavingExpert.com, said: "The headline figure of £74 million is eye-catching, and hopefully it will serve as a kick up the backside for those who haven't checked in a while whether they've won.Interestingly the headline figure of £74m is lower than the £77m reported in the equivalent story two years ago, since when the number of bonds in circulation has grown by over a third, so proportionally this is much less of an issue than it used to be - presumably this is at least partially due to the ongoing shift to electronic payment instead of sending out paper warrants....0
