What makes really interesting reading is the Scheme Membership section at the back of the pack. There's a complete history of all the pension schemes to which I've belonged/contributed - including their reference numbers. Anyone trying to track down one of the many rebate-only Appropriate Personal Pensions*** available from 1988 on would do well to apply for their NI breakdown covering the years when they think they might have taken out such a policy and look for what I hope will prove to be the magic words:Some notes on GMP

Read all the links & nothing in my paperwork about pension schemes/contributions etc.
List of years, employer's, earnings & NI paid, nothing else.
Any ideas why i didn't get anymore information, reading some post's people got 100+ pages?if i had known then what i know now0 -

No idea at all - it does seem very strange that the information other posters received has not been provided to you.
Looking at the form
did you insert dates from the beginning of your working life up to the present?

What makes this even odder is that you appear to have a complex pension history.

An IFA has suggested to put as much of my wages into my work pension scheme through salary sacrifice. My basic pay is £26,846,20 & i pay in 12% at the moment through salary sacrifice. Company pays 5% & pension contributions are on basic only.
My latest pension is with scottish widows0 -
Definitely filled in the date's correctly. The paperwork i received had earnings & NI going back to when i started my first job.
Any idea what my next move is? Contact them directly in the new year?if i had known then what i know now0 -

This seems a good idea - ask for the specific information required which is
a complete history of all the pension schemes to which you have belonged/contributed
(see https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/78377177/#Comment_78377177).
In particular, you might ask whether you are recorded as having a GMP.
