I hope this won't be necessary but if anyone can help I'll appreciate it thank you. As part of a Prolific Study I was asked to record and upload a three minute video. I am unfamiliar with the technology but managed to record the video and upload it for the Researcher as part of the study.
When I tried to listen to the video later there was no sound and it was 'as if' it was 'on' fast forward. I recorded the same three minutes video again and, this time, saved it to my laptop desktop. This time it plays normally. I tried to drag it to the 'Contact Researcher link' in case the first one was damaged. Somehow I can't drag or attach it to the 'Messages' to send it to Researcher. If anyone can advise me, in case I do need to send it again, I'll be grateful for advice, thank you.

Hi, when you have the video open, can you just copy the URL at the top - that is, in the address bar that starts 'https' etc. - and then paste that link into a message for the researcher? That usually works for me. Hope it works for you! Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. I'll try that in the morning, thank you very much, MalMonroe.

Still trying to work this out but, so far, it is an MP4 File and no URL link to click on, thanks MalMonroe.
Update: I seem to have saved the video in the wrong format the first time. Had I done it properly I would have been able to upload it during the survey and, in the correct format, it would have worked.
It has been trial and error. Thankfully the Researcher was very understanding.Crimson0
