Asda Xmas saver top up

Hi

I'm trying to top up my Xmas saver card online and it's proving very difficult. In a seemingly random way sometimes I succeed and sometimes not. I've spoken to customer services who say it's related to fraud protection either on the Payworld or my banks systems. I've spoken to my bank and nothing has been flagged. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem. Cheers

Yes It has been a problem since last week. I have tried so many different cards. Rung up asda says its not their problem!!

Thanks for the reply. I was trying to earn a fiver for spending on my debit card as well as the £15 bonus but I've given it up as a bad job. Just topped up in store instead. I wonder if they are having similar problems for their online shopping?
