Boy ballet dancer doll?

Options
My 3 year old grandson started ballet lessons today (he always wanted to stay with his 5 year old sister when she had her lessons) and I thought I'd buy him a boy ballet dancer doll for Christmas but I can't find one anywhere apart from knitted ones on Etsy.  He plays with his sister's female Barbie ballerina.
Has anyone seen any anywhere please?

Daughter struggled to find even an outfit for a build a bear last year for a little boy who dances. I understand from Mums of dancing boys even at the dance comps the trophies can often be in the shape of girls ballet shoes and it's a struggle to find boy dancer merchanidise.

Thank you everyone.  I've shown my daughter the Barbie & Ken Nutcracker set and she says he'll love it!  He already has a Barbie house - in addition to my granddaughter's Barbie house and all the Barbie &Ken dolls that used to belong to my daughter!
Just to add...  His birthday is one week before Christmas and he is also getting a wooden train set (£10 in Tesco sale 2 years ago) and big dumper truck and a JCB (£5 each from Tesco a month ago!). Toy Story and dinosaur's are his favourites!
