court judgment - charge on property. making regular payments, but daily phone calls

me missis ran up about 10k on a card going way back before 2010. They took her to court and we attended. The Judge made a charge on her property and ordered a monthly payment of £25. FROM MEMORY on the day in court there was something in the order about them not harassing her. BUT she has told me in a state of distress that all this time they have been phoning her and leaving voicemails AND writing letters pressuring her into paying more.
Is there a case for overturning the court order , as they might have been breaching the terms??

Do you have a copy of the terms?
If so, then why do you only say ‘from memory’?
Why is she only mentioning this ten years down the line? Have you actually seen what the letters are?
No chance of getting out of the debt I’m afraid.0 -
don't have a copy of the court order AFAIK
But surely there must be a way to stop the constant phone calls as she is complying with the court
I suppose £25 a month isn't the end of the world0 -
Yes you send them a cease and desist letter, the ICO cover various data issues here, under the GDPR you are free to decide how you are contacted by companies, and they must comply or face a fine of up to £500,000.
