  • Seriously every year, under ever name you have had on here, you complain about the cold in the winter and the heat in the summer working in a shop

I don't know about previous user names and years, but looking back on your posting history over the last year, I am sorry but I have to suggest that you are simply in the wrong line of work. I am sorry about the asthma, and I am sure that it presents you with a challenge, but it seems that absolutely everything about work (and the weather, and people) triggers your asthma, so remaining in a public facing retail role seems to be a poor choice for you. Especially if your GP/consultant cannot identify ways of managing or controlling it.

When advising people, it's often important to understand the whole context. There is a vast difference between the advice people might give when someone says that it is "just the cold" that is the issue. But when it is the cold, the heat, the hand sanitiser, the masks, the visors, the smell of the people.... well that suggests a much more complex set of circumstances and very different advice. It also seems that stress and anxiety is in the mix, which itself is a trigger for asthma, so it is entirely possible that your approach and attitude towards the things that you perceive to be problems are contributing to the circumstances.

Perhaps you could outline how you have acted upon previous advice and how that has worked out, so that we aren't just repeating things that you have already been told/ have tried and hasn't helped you?
