My partner was set on by an agency and paid weekly every Friday he has now been set on with the company and it’s gone to monthly pay so from the 8th November he was set on by the company now they get paid in the 15th of every month I’m guessing my partner won’t get anything this month what will happen next month will he get paid for the weeks from the 8th plus the month im

You are correct. He will receive his normal wage in December plus anything owed from November.

You can guess, and TELLIT is probably right, but the only way to be sure is for your partner to ASK his company when he will first be paid, and what period that will cover.
Also if it's going to leave you struggling, he can ASK if it's possible to have an advance - they don't have to say yes but nothing to lose by doing so.Signature removed for peace of mind0
