Clearing up the credit files and a TSB Loan default is 5 months post BR..
I have called, researched via tinterweb and still can't find any information on who to actually write too..
Does anyone have these details please.

Or take a look at this page https://www.tsb.co.uk/privacy/look in the section called Your Information and lo and behold the Data Rights Team and Data Protection Officer addresses are there along with an email address you can use.For info I googled "tsb data controller" and it is the 3rd link!
