Hi
I've been trying to get an Order for maintenence enforced for two years. I'm told the Supreme Court Registrar in the Turks and Caicos has the papers but nothing more than that. The arrears are ridiculous but my ex refuses to pay despite being a solicitor and practicing attorney in TCI. I've tried getting my MP involved but got nowhere. I'm just told to wait. It's ridiculous. Any advice please?
