Hi,
I took a loan with Welcome Finance in 2005 and I haven't paid back in full yet. I wish to settle the debt to clear my conscience but I learned that Welcome Finance and their parent company Cattles have closed down. Can anyone suggest to which company should contact to pay back? Is there any debt recovery agency I can connect to who can help in this case?
