Equity release for smallholdings

Hi everyone, my wife and I are both 72 years old and would like to take out equity release to provide sums for our children to get them onto the housing ladder. Tge issue we have is that our property has 7 acres of land and we have a CPH number as we keep farm animals (currently sheep and pigs).
Has anyone here tried to get a retirement (or lifetime) mortgage and if so, who was the lender. I have tried brokers, so far without success. Any advice would be welcome.

Can't speak from any personal experience of this company, but they at least seem to be willing to consider farming property for equity release...

Does anyone have any recimmendations for companies providing these currently? Ukagriculturalfinance don't have such a product any more.
Thanks.0
