I was earning up until last month £39000 this has dropped to £30000 i am paying CMS based on £39000 what do i do? is it automatically reviewed every year? i cannot keep paying the amount it is currently

It’s renewed annually so yearly from the date of your calculation unless there is a 25% difference higher or lower in gross income then u can tell them of a change of circumstances and they should recalculate your amount0

This is again, incredibly unfair to the poster as they have lost only 23% of their salary which CMS will ignore. Basically, they "have to" loose their job to get a new, fair calculation. Unbelievable...0
