How to enter Completion ID for "Research into memory and cognition Hosted by Nitha Prakash"

This study (link from early October 2021) was very interesting and took place over Zoom this morning by appointment given in advance.  I followed the Zoom link given by the Researcher who confirmed my Prolific ID.

On completion this morning the Researcher gave me a Completion ID code.  When I returned to Prolific to try to enter to Completion Code, the Study link, from early October,  had been returned.  I'm not sure how this happened but wonder if it was because it was at the beginning of October but the Zoom appointment was only for this morning.

Throughout the Zoom study the Researcher  was encouraging and very helpful. I was pleased to be given the opportunity to participate over Zoom.  If anyone knows how I can enter the Completion Code now,  when the study looks as if it has been returned, I'll be glad to know, thank you very much.

Update:  The Researcher may have reversed the 'RETURNED STUDY' submission manually and I was pleased to receive payment today.
