hi,im guessing a long shot but back story is my ex after a long slog pays me through CMS.He went self employed a few years ago as soon as i put in for CMS,he has nothing to do with his son his choice and i dont know anything about him like address etc
for the last few years every annual review his earnings go down,he has £5k arrears which he pays £40 a month and now the CMS now saying is only earning £150 a week which imo is an utter lie so now he is assessed as paying just over £60 a month cmsand not sure about the arrears will phone them tomorrow
he has always had a good trade and when we were together he used to earn £700 a week 15yrs ago
obviously he has submitted book work but its total made up,he tried everything over the years not to pay and i suppose im asking can anything be done
i have no proof etc and we dont have anything to do with him so im guessing i cant do anything any advice ?
thank you
