Out of interest I was talking to a friend about it who raised a interesting question;
My ex & I share a joint account whilst we sell the house we co-own. - If she has used our house as capital on a loan or owes money either as a loan or as debt - could the 'echo' of that me effecting me via the joint account?0 -
