How do you find full address, to check council tax band?

Options
I'm sure this is probably a stupid question, so apologies in advance!

I'm looking at challenging our council tax band and I'm searching on Rightmove to find similar properties in the towns nearest to my house. The problem is that I need the full address to find them on the Gov.Uk website.  I can search by road name, but they're mainly house names, so I don't know which to look at.

I also have the opposite problem - I've found a house only a couple of miles away, which looks around the same size/bigger than our house, which is in a lower band.  But I don't know how many bedrooms etc the house has, because it hasn't been sold since it was built in 1991 and the planning application that is online doesn't actually give any information.

Any ideas?

Even if you have a partial address you can usually google it to get the postcode, which you can use to search for the band. Don't concern yourself too much with bedrooms, VOA tend to band on size rather than accom.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
