Non standard construction type - remortgage on unencumbered property TSB
Try the council’s building/planning department and ask to see the microfilms of the property which shows the architect drawings and planning permission. This should show who the firm was that built the place and what materials such as no-fines concrete that were used.
Also get some really old surveyor reports from neighbours that had bought the place decades ago which should show the building company and materials used.
Failing the above, then you need to pay out to a specialist surveying firm that can do intrusive surveys such as drilling and using boriscopes and other tools to determine the material used to build the property.
