Jersey Job - Tax confusion

Hi
Been paying tax in UK so far(PAYE).British citizen.
Now got an offer to work in Jersey (public sector) for a year. My income for that year would be solely from Jersey and they have 20% flat rate(PAYE).
I will be staying there and may come home once a month over a weekend.
Question is- will I be taxed as per HMRC rates or as per Jersey rates.
I don't wish to end up paying UK taxes and spend for rent and food as per Jersey rates!!
