Last month I requested my settlement figure and than paid the figure I was told. My account showed zero left to pay and I have been waiting for the account to close. I logged in today and it still hasn’t closed but my settlement figure has now stated to show a figure again. Has anyone else experienced this

Sounds a bit odd.  Have you phoned them up to ask them to clarify what's going on?
