 @Jillanddy That doesn't imply intent, that informs, notice served.

Another person has jumped onto the thread and muddied the waters.  We have 2 people trying to discuss their leaving situation.  One has stated they have given notice, the other that they have simply mentioned that they are planning to leave at an undetermined future date. 

If people don't post into new threads that is always going to be a problem.
