    The client also removed his client email address so he doesn’t have a work email address either. When it was removed I emailed oh at previous email address (from my work email address) but there was no bounce back so there could still be people emailing him unaware 
    That will depend on the "clients" processes... with my current client the line manager is given access to the mail box for 6 months and then the mailbox is closed and bounces start. Most manager set up an out of office saying to email the relevant replacement to mitigate their own checking of the mail box but not all do.

    Just because you didnt get a bounce and no one responded doesnt mean no one has seen the message.
