Also - how long have you actually worked there? 'Less than 2 years' covers anything from a month to 23 months. If you are nearly at the two year mark, I would be inclined to keep my head down and do the best you can until the 2 year period (this is quite likely to tick past without anyone noticing, unless they actively want to get rid of you - and this does NOT sound to be the case). If it was where the OP mentioned a 6-month review that was about reviewing how the phased return to work/new role was going, not a review of all their time employed.0 -
According to one of their other threads they started in April, and were unhappy they might have to manage someone difficult who then got an equivalent post before OP went sick.General_Grant said:
