Went off sick came back and job role has been given to someone else

Also - how long have you actually worked there? 'Less than 2 years' covers anything from a month to 23 months. If you are nearly at the two year mark, I would be inclined to keep my head down and do the best you can until the 2 year period (this is quite likely to tick past without anyone noticing, unless they actively want to get rid of you - and this does NOT sound to be the case). Once you're past that magic time, you will be in a much stronger position!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

Unfortunately, it would appear that the OP has only worked there for about 6 months and for 2 months of that, they were off sick.jobbingmusician said:Also - how long have you actually worked there? 'Less than 2 years' covers anything from a month to 23 months.0 -
Not sure where you are getting the length of employment from.wilfred30 said:

If it was where the OP mentioned a 6-month review that was about reviewing how the phased return to work/new role was going, not a review of all their time employed.0 -
According to one of their other threads they started in April, and were unhappy they might have to manage someone difficult who then got an equivalent post before OP went sick.General_Grant said:
