Windows 10 won't start after update error 0xc000021a

Morning all,
Using an old laptop which hasn't been on for a few months (got a new one) this morning and it's updated when I closed down. Now I've got the your pc ran into an error screen with 0xc000021a code.

I've got the auto repair screen and have tried a couple of restore points no luck, uninstall the updates (it won't do) and clicking start up settings and trying safe mode 4,5,6. Before I go with reset but keep files is there anything else worth a try?

Cheers Dave

With a non-booting windows you may not get the "keep files" option.  If you have any important data you may have to copy/xcopy/robcopy stuff off.  PS. while at the command prompt, try a chkdsk to see if your disk is ok

Cheers not sure if it'll let me do command prompt as when I press the number from the list it tries to load and just comes up with the error again, there is the option to keep files but weather that'll work who knows 🤔😢
