Halifax Mortgage- offer letter

Good morning all!
I hope you are well.
Myself and my partner have recently been offered a mortgage with Halifax and are wondering when we are likely to receive this in the post? We've had it via email from our independent broker.
We received the offer on the 26/10/21 and received our valuation report in the post on the 29/10/21. Should we have received the offer letter with the valuation report?
