I phoned up Swallow Central Reservations (0845 600 466) and the very helpful guy gave me a good B&B price. He said that it was a promotional rate they were doing with 'Readers Digest', which of course I am an avid reader -NOT

can i ask how good a deal you got.. was it per person or per room?

Double room with breakfast £50 per night
ie £25 per person per night for B & B
I thought it was a good price.
