I won a £50 amazon voucher with them a month ago and they say they don't have record of me winning (despite me sending them a screenshot and the WEM) and they need to investigate it

I didn’t get my first £1.50 voucher and complained. It was quite a few weeks before I got a reply and then another 3 weeks before one turned up in the post, so if you’ve had a reply to say they’re looking into it hang in there. 🤞xemmax said:Glad you've recieved your prize from them!
