Debt Enforcement Demand from Court order

I have just received a debt demand from Cder Group relating to a court case driving fine. The case was in July 21. I have never received any demand from the courts for payment, or any invoice requesting me to pay the fine. This can't be correct. I have not changed address. What are my best options? Cder have added on extra costs and the demand threatens more. Help!

yes Crawley, which is correct and date of case, correct. but court or their admin sent me no demand or any kinda notice at all0
