Moles on back removal question

I have been referred to have a couple of moles removed from my back - due to rubbing on bras. Question is, how long do I need to be braless for? Just wondering as may need to book a day or two off after the procedure. As don't feel comfortable being braless at work.

Could you possibly fashion a bra out of kinesio tape?

I'd have thought the healing would take more than a day or two - could you look at other options like soft bras or vests with built in support rather than something structured?
Edit:
Whereabouts are the moles you're having removed? If they're under the backband would something like a low back bra converter that you wear with your usual bras work?0 -

Most bras I wear are bra tops as difficult to find non wired bras (get rashes both from plastic and wire) for my size 44B unless I pay stupid money.
One mole is on the part where the bra band meets a strap.0 -

I've had a mole removed from a similar area for a similar reason and they lasered off the surface. They put a plaster over it and I was fine to continue as normal, including wearing the same underwear.
When I've had possible melanomas removed they've been cut out and stitched and dressed. Again I walked out wearing the same underwear. The worst of those, 4 stitches, was on the shoulder blade and under the back strap of the bra. Because of its location I was unable to change the dressing so turned up at yoga and asked my yoga teacher to check the stitches and change the dressing for me.
To be fair I also burst half the stitches, probably doing yoga, so perhaps don't do as I did
Best of luck with it all,
