Signed For Stuck on "We've got it"

I've sent a few large letters signed for recently but have found all except 1 stuck on "We've got it" - never updating as delivered. All sent on different days to different parts of the country. I know one has definitely arrived as spoke to the recipient and the rest I assume have arrived as I haven't had an INR case for them. Is anyone else finding an issue with signed for at the moment?

I have intermittent issues with RM , went through a really bad patch a couple of months ago although I rarely use signed for . Once you know something has definitely arrived you can actually make a claim for the postage costs for any signed for item that does not show delivery,it might only be £1 but they occasionally just send a book of stamps as an apology which is worth more than the costs of postage anyway.LM2020 said:I've sent a few large letters signed for recently but have found all except 1 stuck on "We've got it" - never updating as delivered. yes I have. I sent about 6-7 things a few weeks ago at the same time, all regular 2nd class parcels and large letters. only one of them was "signed for" as it was worth £50, on my seller dashboard a 7-10 days after that I noticed every one of the regular parcels had been tracked to the destination and were marked as delivered. I expected the worst and messaged the buyer of the £50 item to check up, and they said they got it 2 days after I sent it! it did eventually update to "delivered" about a week later.
It does amaze me that regular 2nd class parcels are now tracked as standard (most of the time)1 -

Yes it's strange the normal 2nd class parcels seem to be updating no problem. I mostly send standard 2nd class large letters - mainly use 'signed for' for custom orders where I want the extra security and peace of mind of knowing they've got there. Except the one package that changed to 'delivered' normally, none of the others have updated to delivered yet (one was sent 2 months ago). Will try contacting RM if it they don't update.

Never tempt fate by doing this! No news is good news and buyers will get in touch themselves if there is a problem.fenwick458 said:I expected the worst and messaged the buyer of the £50 item to check up, and they said they got it 2 days after I sent it!
