Full Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over who hold a valid full UK driver’s licence, excluding employees of the Promoter and its group companies, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address are required.

3. Promotion Period:
a. Test Drive Competition: Enter between 09:00 BST on Monday 25 October 2021 and 09:00 GMT on Monday 08th November 2021 inclusive.

b. Grand Prize: If you have won a test drive, upload your review on or before 20 December 2021 to be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.

4. To Enter:

a. Test Drive Competition Promotion: Visit http://www.promoentries.com/hondarealworldreview during the Promotion Period and complete the online form to provide your email address and Postcode and answer the following questions to be entered into the Test Drive Competition:
i. What qualities do you look for in a new car and why?
ii. What would you do with the new HR-V if you win the opportunity to take a 48-hour test drive?

Each question must be answered in no more than 100 words each.

b. Grand Prize: If you win a test drive in a new Honda HR-V, you’ll be invited to scan the QR Code to be taken to the Reevoo website and upload a review after completing your test drive to be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.

5. Further Grand Prize Entry Details & Conditions:
a. The review should be a maximum of 250 words.
b. You agree to grant the Promoter in perpetuity a non-revocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence in the copyright and other intellectual property rights vesting in your review for all purposes, including but not limited to display on the Promoter’s website, the Reevoo website, social channels, in any publicity, advertisement or case study carried out by or on behalf of the Promoter in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet and any other website of the Promoter or its agents/contractors choosing and use of the entry, or part(s) of the entry, in marketing materials relating to the Honda HR-V (“the Media”).
c. You agree to the inclusion, publication, reproduction and/or other use of your review as well as your name, voice, statements and/or photograph or video or other likeness, without further notice or compensation, in any Media.
d. You agree to grant the Promoter the right to adapt, modify, and use any or all parts of the review. You hereby represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the licence and rights provided for in these terms and conditions and that all materials forming part of your entry to this Promotion, and any use of such materials by or on behalf of the Promoter, comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and do not infringe or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

6. Maximum of 1 entry to the Test Drive Promotion and (if applicable) the Grand Prize Draw is permitted per person during the Promotion Period.

7. The Prizes:

a. Test Drive Competition Promotion: There will be a total of 50 winners. Each winner will win a 48 hour extended Test Drive of a new Honda HR-V car, delivered to and collected from your home.

b. Grand Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x Honda HR-V. Advance Grade, i-MMD eCVT Petrol/Electric engine. The Prize includes one year of road tax, a tank of petrol and 48 hours insurance.

8. Further Test Drive Competition Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entering the Prize Draw.
b. The winner must have and must show a valid driving licence prior to conducting the Test Drive.
c. The winner will be asked to prove they are a resident of Great Britain.
d. The test drive vehicle may not leave the UK during the test drive.
e. The test drive pick-up and drop off must be at the same location and will be determined by the Promoter.
f. Test drives can take place between the week commencing 15 November 2021 and the week commencing 06 December 2021 and will be booked based on availability.

9. Further Grand Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Entry is open to contestants who have won a Honda HR-V test drive in the Test Drive Promotion. The Honda HR-V test drive must be booked and taken, and the review of the Honda HR-V submitted no later than 20 December 2021. Only those winners of the Test Drive Promotion who have completed a test drive and uploaded a review will be eligible for the Grand Prize Draw.
b. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entering the Promotion.
c. The winner must have and must show a valid driving licence prior to collecting the Prize.
d. The winner will be asked to prove they are a resident of the Great Britain.
e. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the vehicle will not be pre-registered to the Promoter or it’s associated companies.
f. Maintenance, services and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership. This date will be confirmed with the winner in writing following winner acknowledgement of the prize.
g. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prize may vary from the depictions.
h. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize.
i. The Prize will be delivered by a Honda representative to the specified home address of the Grand Prize Winner.

10. Winner Selection:
a. Test Drive Competition: All valid entries received during the Promotion Period (subject to moderation) will be independently judged by a panel of judges, including an independent party, within 5 working days from the close of the Test Drive Promotion Period to select 50 winners based on the following criteria:
i. Enthusiasm for cars and the Honda brand in general
ii. Alignment to the HR-V & its key features
iii. Quality of written entry.

b. Grand Prize Draw: 1 winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Grand Prize Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, no later than 10th January 2022.

11. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address used to enter within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 5 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

12. Prize Acceptance: Winners will be contacted within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize to arrange fulfilment of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their prize within 28 days of Prize Acceptance, the winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing Honda@mischiefpr.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

13. Provided no objection from the winners is received, a list of the winners surnames and counties will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to Honda@mischiefpr.com. Winners can object to their details being published or request the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing Honda@mischiefpr.com within 28 days of the end of the Promotion Period. However, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

14. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

15. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for Text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

16. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that element for another of equal or greater value.

17. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or invalidate any affected entries and/or to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.

18. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the microsite.

19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

20. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.

21. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 22. Any and all personal data provided by participants of the review will be supplied directly to Reevoo and used solely for the purposes of uploading the review onto the Reevoo platform. Reevoo will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. 23. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

24. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

25. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

26. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
