Self build Mortgage

I’m looking for advise or recommendations on which companies will lend for a self build mortgage to a married couple but only using one spouses info and one spouse name on the title deeds.
Husband hasn’t got a credit history but mine is the best. I also already own the land, have PP and building regs plus more capital.
Kind advice welcome

Your comment is a bit contradictory so not entirely sure what you are wanting to do
No self build lender will allow a joint mortgage with only one persons info and 1 name on title deeds.
Plenty will however lend to a single person who happens to be married.
