Re-mortgage Calculator

Hi,
I have mortgage with around 17 years left to run and the fix period is coming to an end soon.
Looking around it seems that there are 5 year fixed rates available that are better than what I currently have.
There is a pre-payment penalty if I settle the mortgage early and there is also a product fee for any of the new mortgages that I'm considering.
Is anyone familiar with a calculator, especially one in Excel, that will allow me to decide whether or not it's worth re-mortgaging, taking into account the change in interest rate and the upfront costs mentioned above ?
Thanks!

The locoblade one is probably your best bet

pretty easy to knock up one for your simple case.
Just add fees make the payments the same and see how much is left
or just post the details.
