1. This Free Pet Portrait Voucher is valid for puppy and kittens owners who have registered their details with https://www.myhillspet.co.uk or https://www.myhillspuppy.co.uk or https://www.myhillskitten.co.uk .
2. This Free Pet Portrait Voucher is valid in the UK only.
3. The offer is only open to residents aged 18 years and over and excludes employees of Hills Pet Nutrition, TLC Marketing plc or agencies appointed by TLC and their immediate families.
4. The voucher is for a free pet portrait session and complimentary print, minimum size 5" X 7". Picture Frame is not included.
5. At least 1 person and 1 pet must be present for the session. Photographs can be taken together or separately.
6. The voucher is only redeemable through participating studios. Additional prints are available for purchase at the time of print collection, directly from the photographic studio at current rates.

8. 'How to Book' instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Please call the freephone number 0800 9548897 for details of your nearest participating venue. Customers must book all photo sessions in advance with the photographer or studio, and are required to quote the reference code 'TLC pet portrait' at time of booking. The offer is subject to availability.
9. Customers must print out and present this voucher to the photographer in order to claim their free pet portrait offer. (If you have any difficulties in printing the voucher please contact the freephone number 0800 9548897)
10. Only customers who have registered their details with Hill's Pet Nutrition are eligible to take up this offer. Only one voucher may be used per customer household.
11. No cash alternative is available.
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
13. A fully refundable booking deposit may be required prior to confirmation of your session. This can be paid by all major credit and debit cards, or by cheque posted directly to the studio.
14. The deposit, if taken, will be refunded on collection of prints, or in the case of cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the arranged session.
15. If you fail to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the appointment, or do not show at the venue, a cancellation charge may be incurred.
16. This pet portrait voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.
17. TLC Marketing, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility and in no circumstances will be responsible or liable to compensate the bearer, or accept any liability for (a) any non-acceptance by a venue of this voucher or (b) any inability by the bearer to use this voucher properly or at all or (c) the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any venue, or (d) the contents, accuracy or use of either this voucher, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury occurring at any venue.
18. The Promoter, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and cannot be held responsible for any resulting disagreements. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
19. TLC Marketing is not responsible for any offer misrepresentation (written or verbal) on warranties by anyone / group other than TLC.
