Dad died and don't have any life insurance details

Wonder if anyone can help.
My Dad died a couple of weeks ago and I can't find any life insurance details for hi. Pretty sure he had some but my Mum has dementia and we have recently found out that she has systematically going through all the paperwork in the house and destroying it (As well as flushing ear rings away
)
Is there any site I can use that would just do a search on his name and DOB to let me know which company to contact to retrieve his life insurance?
