I won prize back in September but never received it any help please?

Hi everyone, 
I got an email on 5th September saying I won amazon fire stick, from m&m and get my prize in 28 days, I contacted them saying how they going to send the prize when they don't have my address, and they reply saying somone will get in touch, but after number of emails and waiting for 7 weeks Im not getting anywhere, the last email I get 2 weeks ago first saying if I can't print the voucher for free bar of chocolate then ask my friend to print for me 😂 I reply telling them to check my email properly it's about amazon fire stick, then then say they forward my complaint to competition department, but gone quite since then. 
 can someone please help what can I do? Or just forget it?

They don't need your address - the prize is a £50 Amazon gift code which can be sent by email.

In that case again it's been 7 weeks and T&C says I should get it in 4 weeks, but no voucher

I've not won personally, but i know of a number who have won the firestick/£50 amazon voucher and noone has yet received their prize, so you aren't alone.

My partner won this same prize and he hasn’t received it yet either. He says they asked for his address though.

Yes that's my point its been 7 weeks and they didn't even contact me for my address,

You would have filled your address details in when you won.  The winning screen asks for your address details. If you just received a random email saying you had won (as many people did), then that was a mistake which has already been confirmed.
