Hello,
I started new job 3 months ago, I delivered my p45 month ago but my tax code still hasnt been changed and I am on BR code. My question is: how long it can take to code being changed?
thank you

Assuming there are no problems with the P45 then the employer should be able to use it for the first payday after it is received, though many employers do have cut off times (eg one week before payday) so if that cut off time is missed the P45 would not be used until the second payday after it is received.
Not sure why you are on tax code BR the only reason you should be on that code is if you declared that you had other job etc per section C of a starter checklist like this....

Options A or B would have put you on the emergency tax code just applied in a different way and not completing the section would have put you on 0T code. Several years ago BR was used for option C so could be someone in payroll not keeping up to date.
Your best course of action to start with is to see your payroll dept. to see if there are any problems with the P45 and if they have it. If they do then they should operate it next payday. If there is some problem or it is lost you may have to wait until HMRC advise the details to payroll and you might consider contacting them hopefully to speed things up. In the meantime you could ask your payroll dept. if you can do a starter checklist to get you on the emergency tax code which will at least reduce the tax you are paying at the moment.

I am on BR code because when I started it was my second job, but I left my first job over one month ago, delivered p45 straight away to my new employer , but still my tax code hasnt been changed. I am paid weekly. Should I contact payroll department or because I had two jobs it causing delay ?Thank you.0

Your employer is not allowed to use a P45 issued under these circumstances, they must wait for instructions from HMRC.
Your best bet now is to contact HMRC to see if you can speed things up.
EDIT
The old instruction for these circumstances was ....
"Existing employee gives you a form P45
If an existing employee gives you a form P45 from a second job they have just left you should tell them to send the P45 Part 3 to: HM Revenue & Customs Regional Post Room St Mungo’s Road CUMBERNAULD G67 1YZ We will review the tax code and issue an amended one if appropriate. "
I am assuming that this is not now the case and these things are being picked up by the RTI system; unlikely but HMRC might ask for part 3.1 -
Thank you very much for your help.
